Lead prep cook

LB. MINI-MART is hiring a full-time Lead Prep Cook for its commissary kitchen, located within Fork Food Lab in South Portland, Maine. This hands-on leadership position supports daily kitchen operations, coordinates the prep team’s work, and helps ensure that production and quality standards are consistently met. The Lead Prep Cook provides daily direction and training while working alongside the team. Management retains responsibility for formal staffing and personnel decisions.
