The basics of using lbworld.me, our shop, and our services.
Using the site.
By using lbworld.me, you agree to these terms. Use it for personal, non-commercial purposes only — placing orders, browsing the menu, reading about who we are, applying for jobs. Don’t try to break, scrape, or misuse the site or its content.
We can update these terms when we need to. When we do, we’ll post the new date at the bottom. Continued use of the site after that point counts as agreement to whatever’s changed.
Orders, content, and intellectual property.
When you place an order, you’re making an offer to buy at the listed price. We confirm orders by email, and we reserve the right to cancel and refund if something’s clearly wrong — a typo in a price, a sold-out item, a card that doesn’t clear. Refunds go back through the same method you paid with.
All the content on this site — the writing, photos, menu copy, brand marks, illustrations — belongs to LB. You’re welcome to share a link, post a photo of your meal, or repost something from our Instagram. Don’t reproduce our content commercially, train models on it, or use it to suggest a partnership that doesn’t exist.
Liability, disputes, and the legal fine print.
We do our best to keep the site accurate and online, but we can’t guarantee it. Menu items, prices, and hours change. The site can have bugs. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site — but nothing here removes any right you have under Maine law that we can’t legally remove.
If there’s a dispute, reach out first — most things are easier to fix with a phone call than a lawyer. If we can’t sort it out, the terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maine, and any formal dispute goes through the state or federal courts in Cumberland County.
