How we collect, use, and protect the information you share with LB.
What we collect.
When you order online, sign up for our newsletter, or create an account, we collect the basics: your name, email, phone number, billing and shipping address, and the items you’ve ordered. If you pay with a card, that information goes directly to Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.
When you browse our site, we also collect a smaller set of automatic info: your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit, and how you got there. We use cookies and similar tools to remember you between visits and to understand which parts of the site work and which don’t.
How we use it, and who we share it with.
We use your information to run the business: process orders, send order confirmations, respond when you reach out, ship merch, manage your account, and improve the site. If you’ve opted in, we’ll also send you the occasional update about new menu items, drops, or events.
We share information only with the people who help us operate. That includes our payment processor (Stripe), our shipping carriers, our email platform, and our hosting provider. We don’t sell your data. We don’t trade it. We don’t share it with advertisers for retargeting outside our own platforms.
Your rights and how to reach us.
You can ask us, at any time, what information we have about you, request a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. If you’ve subscribed to marketing emails, you can unsubscribe with one click from any message.
If you’re in California, Maine, or another state with specific privacy rights, those rights apply to you too — including the right to opt out of any sale or sharing of your personal information (we don’t do either, but the right exists).
Email hi@lbworld.me with any privacy question and we’ll get back to you within five business days. This policy was last updated November 2025. We’ll post the date here whenever we change it.
